CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received by 12/1/2018 entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received 12/2/2018-1/5/2019 entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds after 1/5/2019. All refunds subject to a $25 processing fee. Substitutions allowed at no charge through 1/5/2019; $25 substitution fee thereafter.
